Terms and conditions regarding shipping of your purchase will be in accordance with the third-party couriers delivering your goods. As such you may be required to supply identification to the third-party courier to verify you are the rightful recipient of the goods being delivered.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer/client to supply the correct shipping address. Ritter I.T. Solutions will not be held liable for incorrect address details. Should the address supplied be incorrect and the goods returned, you will be held responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Shipping costs vary dependant on the size and weight of the goods purchased.

We usually dispatch products within 2 business days provided the products are in stock at the time of purchase. Shipping/delivery times are dependant on the third-party couriers and your location within Australia. While your product/s are usually estimated to arrive within 2-7 business days, please note that delivery times are outside of our control.
