Warranty & Returns


We offer a warranty return policy for products sold within Australia that is compliant with Australian consumer law. If you are not happy with your purchase and believe it does not meet the Australian consumer law standards, you may be eligible to return or exchange the item.


To make a warranty claim, please contact us via email or our contact page and provide a detailed description of the issue, photos of the product, and a copy of your original receipt.


Once your claim is received, we will review it and provide instructions on how to return the product.

Assessment of the product will be carried out within a reasonable time frame. We will contact the manufacturer or their repair agent to confirm a fault in the product. Should no fault be found, or the product is deemed damaged due to incorrect use by you the customer, we, may require that you compensate us for any fees incurred by us in relation to the product assessment. If the fault is replicated and the warranty claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price in accordance with the manufacturers policies.

We are committed to providing our customers with excellent service, and we offer 14-day change-of-mind returns. All products must be returned unopened/unused and in original, undamaged packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us to arrange a return/refund. Pro-rate refunds will be issued less the return shipping costs.
