Please note that the following services do not include the product, e.g., Installation of ink cartridges* – is only provided when you, the customer supply the ink cartridges.

Connect up to 4 Devices to Printer* – Devices and Network must be operational prior to the printer setup service.

 

Connect up to 8 Devices to Network* – Devices must be operational prior to the network setup service.

 

Connect to Internet* – Customer must have an active internet service with an internet provider prior to the network setup service.

 

Purchase and supply of goods shall not take place until payment in full is made for said goods. Once payment is received, goods will be purchased/supplied. No exceptions will be made.

 

Data Recovery and Transfer

Data Recovery & Transfer* – Ritter I.T. Solutions accepts no liability for loss of data or data corruption. By using this service, you, the customer, understand that Ritter I.T. Solutions will not be held liable for the loss of data or data corruption.

Limitations and restrictions apply to this service, and they will be clearly discussed prior to booking.

 

Warranty

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled: to cancel your service contract with us; and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

 

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service’.

 

Business Hours

Standard business hours: 9am to 5pm Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays.

 

After-Hours: 6am – 9am and 5pm – 10pm, Monday to Saturday, or 6am – 10pm on public holidays.

 

Fair Go Policy

Applies to all Clients and Customers. Phone and Email support may be accessed a reasonable number of times, calls NOT exceeding 60 minutes each month. If the technician deems that the issue requires on-site assistance, the works carried out will be charged accordingly.

 

Breaches to this policy may lead to Ritter I.T. Solutions dissolving your contract and/or ceasing to assist further via phone or email.

 

Withholding of Property for Non-Payment

Ritter I.T. Solutions reserves the right to withhold property/devices for non-payment of accounts.

 

Failure to make payment in full may result in legal action being taken to recover funds owing. Property/devices may be withheld due to non-payment and continued failure to make payment may result in the sale of said property/devices to recoup monies owed to Ritter I.T. Solutions.

 

Public Holiday Surcharge

$49 Surcharge Applies on Public Holidays.

 

Late payment fee

A late payment fee of $10/day may be applied to customer accounts not paid by the due date. Please discuss any concerns you may have regarding paying your invoice prior to the due date. Some exceptions may be made; however this remains the sole discretion of Ritter I.T. Solutions.

 

Failure To Pay

In the event collection processes are instituted to collect any amounts due from the Customer/Client, the Customer/Client shall pay the costs of collection plus reasonable attorney fees to cover the cost of Ritter I.T. Solutions engaging the services of their attorney.

 

No Show Fee

‘No Show’ – failure to be at the premises at scheduled time If the technician arrives and there is no one at the premises, you, the customer, may be invoiced for a ‘No Show’ fee of $49. Some exclusions may apply and charging this fee is at the sole discretion of Ritter I.T. Solutions.

 

Cancellation Fee

‘Cancellation’ – failure to provide 24 hours notice to cancel booked services, may incur a ‘Cancellation’ fee of $49. Some exclusions may apply and are at the sole discretion of Ritter I.T. Solutions.
